Meet Our Team
Craig Adams founded Red Cell Consulting in 2005 to deliver top-tier enterprise IT consulting. The firm quickly gained recognition for its sharp strategy and impact.
As demand grew, so did Red Cell, expanding beyond Australia and securing projects across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. With growth came evolution—shifting from IT consultancy to a multi-faceted advisory firm.
Today, we specialise in high-level strategy, business restructuring and capital raising. We help startups and mid-sized enterprises scale, secure investment and build lasting success with precision, insight and results
Craig Adams
Director / Advisory & Investment
Craig is the man in charge. He leads strategy, organisational restructuring, compliance, market and investor engagement, and media relations. With a sharp strategic mind, an instinct for incisive decision-making and a relentless work ethic, he thrives on tackling complex challenges and shaping solutions that drive tangible outcomes.
Craig’s passion for problem-solving began early. Devouring logic puzzles as a child laid the groundwork for a lifelong fascination with lateral thinking. To him, advisory work is much like chess: understanding the board, anticipating moves and helping clients navigate toward success.
His career spans IT, telecommunications, and consulting, beginning at United Energy in 1997, followed by roles at Mallesons Stephen Jacques and Ericsson. In 2005, he founded Red Cell Consulting, which has evolved from an enterprise technology consultancy into a multidisciplinary advisory firm. For Craig, success is about helping clients discover ways to achieve more than they believed was possible.
Myra Jennings
Clinical Psychologist
Myra is an accomplished psychologist who specialises in assessment and diagnostics for individuals and businesses. With expertise in workplace culture, leadership effectiveness and employee engagement, she brings a deep understanding of human behaviour to her role.
Calm, decisive and deeply knowledgeable, she guides clients
through meaningful personal and professional change.
Myra’s passion for psychology led her to become qualified in counselling and clinical psychology. She began her career in 2002 with the Victorian Department of Human Services and later provided contracted psychology services to private practices, including Headspace and Monash University. She also worked with remote First Nations communities across Australia.
Recognising that psychology is inherently advisory, Myra branched out into the corporate world. In 2013, she joined Red Cell Consulting as a behavioural and organisational consultant while continuing assessment services for the DHS.
In 2018, she established her private practice, where she continues to support clients as they navigate change and uncover new possibilities.
Justin Delahunty
Behavioural Architect
As Head Tech Nerd, Justin leads our technology consulting and software development. Tenacious, logical and endlessly curious, he thrives on solving complex challenges and designing seamless solutions. Every moment of his work excites him — because he loves what he does.
Justin’s IT journey began in the late 90s when mobile and network computing were on the rise. He provided advice on exotic devices, networking technologies and database design, sparking a career that evolved into behavioural consulting. After several years of teaching at RMIT, he returned to IT with a focus on data science.
As a 3P-oriented solutions architect, Justin delivers frictionless, human-centred systems that enhance productivity. To Justin, consulting is more than advice; it’s about helping clients uncover pathways they never knew existed.
