Both sides of the table

Ingest
The data room lands: every document fingerprinted, versioned and queued. Gaps are flagged before analysis starts: the missing consent, the absent schedule, the draft where a signed copy should be.
Read
Every document is read in full, one by one: clause-level extraction with the source pinned to every claim it produces.
Workstreams
Findings organise into workstreams: financial, legal, contracts, tax, commercial, operations. Each gets its own working view for the specialist who owns it.
Spawn
Where a workstream runs hot, Recursys spawns its own specialists mid-run: deep-dive agents scoped to the exact thread that needs pulling, each on a mandate of its own. The spawn tree stays visible end to end.
Reconcile
Cross-document reconciliation catches the story documents only tell together: the related-party loop, the misstated revenue policy, the change-of-control consents nobody sought.
Register
One canonical register: deduplicated, ranked by materiality, every entry carrying its citation and its dollar impact.
Brief
The Brief assembles for the committee: enterprise value adjusted, findings ranked, questions for management, sources attached.

Rev answers questions with sources, argues both sides of a finding, and never invents a number. Everything it touches lands in the audit trail.
Around Rev, governed agents work to defined mandates, their outputs pass evaluation gates before promotion, and boundary guards keep client material inside its walls. Autonomy is earned, never assumed.
And the crew is not fixed. New agents are assembled in the visual builder: personas, workstreams and knowledge dropped onto a canvas, evaluated against a sandbox corpus, and published only on a green scorecard. The same builder ships to clients through Stagecell.
